These Terms of Use govern the services provided by our printing business. By using our services, you agree to the terms stated below.

1. Services

We provide printing services including visiting cards, banners, posters, flex printing, pamphlets, brochures, stickers, photo printing, digital and offset printing.

2. Order Placement

All orders must be confirmed in writing (Bill / WhatsApp / Email).
Approved design, content, size, quantity, and material are final.
No changes will be accepted after order confirmation.

3. Payment Terms

Full or partial advance payment may be required.
Orders may be delayed or canceled if payment is not received.
Payments accepted via Cash, UPI, Online or Bank Transfer.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Orders cannot be canceled once printing has started.
No refunds for customized printing orders.
Reprinting or correction will be done if the error is from our side.

5. Customer Content Responsibility

The customer is responsible for the legality and accuracy of provided text, images, and logos. We are not liable for copyright or trademark issues.

6. Color & Quality Variation

Minor color or material variations may occur and are considered acceptable.

7. Delivery Policy

Delivery timelines are estimated. Delays due to technical or unforeseen circumstances are not our responsibility.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the printing charges paid. We are not responsible for indirect or business losses.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without notice.

10. Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in the business operating area.
